Nopalukos Ice Cream and Popsicles

Ingredients:
2 bags of Nopalukos (180g)
80g of Sugar
1/2 cup of lemon juice (approximately ½ kg of squeezed lemon)
700ml of Chamoy
700ml of water
Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into a container and stir for 5 minutes. Approximately, until the sugar is no longer granulated
It should be a thick consistency, pour into the desired containers and put in the freezer overnight.
Take out of the freezer and enjoy!
Extra tip! Pour the liquid into an ice mold, wait for it to freeze and give a tangy and sweet flavor to your favorite drink!
