Chicharron en Salsa with Nopales

Ingredients:
1/2 bag of Nopales en Salmuera Águila Real (375g)
100g of pork rinds
5 tomatoes medium size
5 Chile de Arbol
1 clove of garlic
¼ small onion
Salt
Preparation:
First roast the tomatoes and chilies in a pan
Grind them in the blender together with the garlic and onion
Over medium heat, put a little oil in a frying pan or saucepan, pour the sauce and season to taste.
After 5 minutes add the pork rinds and turn it for 5 minutes
Open Nopales Águila Real, rinse and pour with the other ingredients
Let it season for 10 minutes, add salt to taste
Serve on a plate and ready to enjoy!
