Chicharron en Salsa with Nopales

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bag of Nopales en Salmuera Águila Real (375g)

  • 100g of pork rinds

  • 5 tomatoes medium size

  • 5 Chile de Arbol

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • ¼ small onion

  • Salt


Preparation:

  1. First roast the tomatoes and chilies in a pan

  2. Grind them in the blender together with the garlic and onion

  3. Over medium heat, put a little oil in a frying pan or saucepan, pour the sauce and season to taste.

  4. After 5 minutes add the pork rinds and turn it for 5 minutes

  5. Open Nopales Águila Real, rinse and pour with the other ingredients

  6. Let it season for 10 minutes, add salt to taste

  7. Serve on a plate and ready to enjoy!
